She calls herself a “dedicated social and economic equity advocate” and “a policy wonk with a special focus on equity.” Will She be fired?

Trump has said the government should not operate “equity” initiatives. But Carter-Disanto’s LinkedIn bio suggests she intends to do just that.

In line with President Donald Trump's recent executive orders aimed at dismantling Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the federal government, all employees involved in DEI roles have been placed on paid administrative leave, with plans for their eventual dismissal.

Given that Taylor Carter-Disanto identifies as a "dedicated social and economic equity advocate" and has been involved in DEI-related work, it is likely that she will be affected by these directives. The administration has mandated the closure of DEI offices and the removal of related content from public communications.

Therefore, unless there is a significant change in policy or an exemption is granted, Carter-Disanto is expected to be dismissed from her position as part of the administration's efforts to eliminate DEI programs.
