@paula2908 -- That soooonnnggg ! Man, he was so talented.  It makes my heart sink. I was 20 in 1980. a child in the 60's, a teen in the70's and in my 20's in the 80's. No cell phones, hardly any internet that I can remember back then, regular 30-minute tv shows, so you run and do chores during the commercials, and not recorded, so ppl would stay home for certain shows. One phone in the kitchen, no privacy, everyone knew what was going on with each other cause we also all ate dinner together that my mom made! Wow, lol. Those days are over, kind of sad now that I think back about things won't be the same again.
