I dry-aged a VENOMOUS fish ate it and this happened!

 Today, I'm finally trying out an experiment I've been asked to do for a while. 

Lionfish are an invasive species in Florida, and I'm helping to control their population growth. Now does it taste any good dry aged? We will find out together.
