Donald Trump’s future will be decided at the ballot box and in court.
This fight has a long way to go.
And the Supreme Court is about to take up one case that could flip Trump’s life upside down.

The Supreme Court’s ruling recognizing presidential immunity for official acts and presumptive immunity for acts that can be presumed official eviscerated Jack Smith’s political persecution against Trump for contesting the outcome of the 2020 election.
Smith faced a choice on how to proceed.
And in typical Jack Smith fashion, he chose total war against Donald Trump.
Smith filed a superseding indictment against Trump on the same four charges as before but all Smith did was strip out references to Trump’s communications with Justice Department officials like Attorney General William Barr and Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Clark since the Supreme Court said communications between a president and his advisors can’t be used as evidence.
It was a brazen play that guaranteed Trump would appeal all the way to the Supreme Court again to have this indictment tossed out on immunity grounds.
“In an effort to resurrect a ‘dead’ Witch Hunt in Washington, D.C., in an act of desperation, and in order to save face, the illegally appointed ‘Special Counsel’ Deranged Jack Smith, has brought a ridiculous new Indictment against me, which has all the problems of the old Indictment, and should be dismissed IMMEDIATELY,” Trump posted on his Truth Social platform.
Trump wrote that since Joe Biden checked out and has been on permanent vacation since dropping out of the race due to his senility, this attempt to deploy the criminal courts as a political battering ram against him in the election fell on Kamala Harris’ shoulders.
“This travesty is now on Comrade Kamala Harris, who is actively pushing it, rather than immediately calling for its dismissal, as should be done. This is for Third World Countries and Banana Republics, not for the U.S.A.! As Jack Smith knows, the whole case should be thrown out and dismissed on Presidential Immunity grounds, as already ruled unequivocally by the U.S. Supreme Court,” Trump declared.
Trump noted that Smith filed the same indictment the Supreme Court already kicked back to the lower court to determine which charges against Trump were covered by presidential immunity which meant this was solely an attempt to introduce the courts as a political actor in this election to help Kamala Harris win.
“Smith rewrote the exact same case in an effort to circumvent the Supreme Court Decision. The people of our Country will see what is happening with all of these corrupt lawsuits against me and will REJECT them by giving me an overwhelming Victory on November 5th for President of the United States,” Trump continued.
“No Presidential Candidate, or Candidate for any Office, has ever had to put up with all of this Lawfare and Weaponization directly out of the Office of a Political Opponent. They’ve Weaponized local D.A.s and Attorney Generals, and anybody else that will listen, to Interfere with the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election – Never been done before,” Trump concluded.
