ICC seeks arrest warrants for Israel's Netanyahu, Hamas leaders over 'war crimes'!

ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan announced he is seeking arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and Hamas leaders on charges of war crimes. 

The allegations against Netanyahu and Gallant include crimes committed in Palestine since October 8, 2023, such as starvation of civilians, causing great suffering, willful killing, and crimes against humanity. Similarly, Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Diab, and Ismail Haniyeh are accused of committing crimes in Israel and Palestine since October 7, 2023, including extermination, murder, taking hostages, and rape. Israel's Benny Gantz defended the country's moral conduct and judiciary, while Hamas condemned the ICC's actions. The requests will be reviewed by ICC judges.

S T. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — Endangered small tooth sawfish, marine creatures virtually unchanged for millions of years, are exhibiting erratic spinning behavior and dying in unusual numbers in Florida waters. Federal and state wildlife agencies are beginning an  effort to rescue and rehabilitate  sawfish to find out why. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced what it calls an “emergency response” focused on the Florida Keys starting next week. A NOAA news release called the effort unprecedented. “If the opportunity presents itself, this would be the first attempt ever to rescue and rehabilitate small tooth sawfish from the wild,” said Adam Brame, NOAA Fisheries’ sawfish recovery coordinator.
