ATF’s Tyrannical Gun Control Rule Blocked by Gun Owners of America

In a significant victory for Second Amendment advocates, a federal judge issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) just hours before a controversial new rule was set to take effect.
