It’s time to put the entire DOJ on trial for crimes against the nation. Penalties 

from jail to execution are warranted.

This decision is part of Chauvin's ongoing efforts to challenge his federal civil rights conviction related to Floyd's death in 2020.  AP News Chauvin's attorney, Robert Meyers, contends that Floyd's death may have resulted from a pre-existing heart condition, potentially exacerbated by a rare tumor, rather than asphyxiation caused by Chauvin's actions. In the early hours of October 14, 2025, armed assailants descended on Christian-majority villages in the Plateau State of central Nigeria—Rawuru, Tatu and Lawuru among them.  The gunmen struck homes and a mission centre, firing indiscriminately.
