Transgender Runner Offers to Give Back Medal After Beating 14,000 Women in Marathon,

Says "I Didn't Do Anything Wrong."

The case of Glenique Frank competing in the women's category of the London Marathon has sparked a heated debate about the fairness of allowing biological males to compete against biological females in sports. While some argue that it is only fair to allow individuals to compete based on their gender identity, others argue that biology cannot be ignored when it comes to athletic competition.

In this particular case, Glenique Frank's decision to compete in the women's category has led to him outperforming a large number of female runners, which has understandably caused frustration and disappointment among the female athletes who were hoping to win. The idea that a biological male has an inherent physical advantage over biological females is not new, and many argue that it is unfair to allow males to compete against females, even if they identify as transgender women.

Furthermore, some are questioning the responsibility of the officials responsible for overseeing the event, as they are the ones who ultimately allowed Glenique Frank to compete in the women's category. While the issue of transgender inclusion in sports is a complex one, it is clear that solutions need to be found that ensure fair competition for all athletes, regardless of their gender identity.

“If they want me to give my medal back, I’ll say, ‘OK, fine. No problem,’” the 54-year-old told the New York Post. “If they really think I’ve stolen the place [of a female runner], I don’t mind giving the medal back, because I’ll run again next year for charity.”
