WHO IS BEHIND THE RISE OF TRANSGENDERISM?
According to The Talmud There Are Eight Genders
Judaism has recognized nonbinary persons for millennia.
Contrary to popular belief, Judaism has acknowledged the existence of nonbinary individuals for thousands of years. The Jewish perception of gender was much more complex than commonly assumed. The Talmud, an extensive and authoritative collection of Jewish legal traditions, identifies eight gender categories: male (zachar), female (nekevah), androgynous (androgynos), lacking sexual characteristics (tumtum), a female at birth who later develops male characteristics (aylonit hamah), a female at birth who later develops male characteristics through human intervention (aylonit adam), a male at birth who later develops female characteristics (saris hamah), and a male at birth who later develops female characteristics through human intervention (saris adam).
Moreover, the rabbis recognized six gender identities that were neither male nor female and had a tradition that the first human being embodied both genders. Variations of this midrash can be found in rabbinic literature, including the Talmud.
