Rural Britain Strikes Back: Westminster Surrounded by Tractors

Image
1 MIN AGO: 1,872 Tractors STORM London — Capital UNDER SIEGE Live! | News UK London was thrown into chaos as an estimated 1,872 tractors rolled into the capital, forming one of the largest farmer-led demonstrations the United Kingdom has ever seen. The convoy stretched for miles, choking major routes into Westminster and slowing inner-city movement to a crawl as farmers demanded answers from a government they say has abandoned them. Source: Farmer protest footage circulating on social platforms The farmers argued that new environmental rules , rising fuel costs , and foreign trade policies have made it impossible to survive. Many accused the government of deliberately undermining local agriculture in favor of imports—policies they say benefit global interests while crushing the people who actually feed the country. To them, this was not a protest but a warning: British farming is collapsing, and leaders are pretending everything is fine. Source: Statements recorded during the c...

Repeat Arrests, No Consequences:

Image
Freed Offender Assaults Chicago Doctor At Hospital A violent assault inside Northwestern Memorial Hospital has renewed public anger over Chicago’s revolving-door criminal justice system. According to police and court records, cardiologist Dr. Kathleen Emmert was riding an elevator when 30-year-old Sean Popps allegedly followed her inside and began striking her repeatedly in the head. Hospital staff rushed to help her , and police quickly identified Popps as the suspect. Popps, however, was not an unknown figure. Records show he had been arrested more than a dozen times in the past year alone, many involving violent or disorderly conduct. Yet each time, he was released back onto the streets under Cook County’s no-cash-bail framework, designed to reduce incarceration but increasingly blamed for escalating community risk. Officers familiar with his history said his cycle of arrest, release, and re-offending has become routine. The attack has intensified debate over whether policy reforms...

Erika Kirk Goes Off On "Conspiracy Theorists"

Image
Erika Kirk discusses "conspiracy theorists" with Harris Faulkner on Fox News , Tucker Carlson says he doesn't buy the official narrative about Charlie Kirk 's assassination, and more people in the military have spoken up about our story yesterday confirming Harry stubbled into a highly classified meeting. UH-OH! Erika Kirk Goes Off On "Conspiracy Theorists". | Candace Ep 278 She called the rumors and theories about Charlie Kirk’s assassination “evil,” a “mind virus,” and “garbage,” and said they are hurting her, her kids, and the Turning Point USA staff who are already grieving.  She stressed that her earlier silence did not mean she agreed with any of the theories or that TPUSA was “in on it.” She said she’s “done” letting people twist her silence into consent and felt she had to finally speak up.  A big focus was on people speculating about where Charlie is buried. She said her family wanted to keep that one thing private so the grave couldn’t be des...

Are Muslims 85% of the world's refugees?

Image
Short answer: that claim is misleading on both parts. Let’s break it down in plain language. 1. Are ~85% of the world’s refugees Muslim? No. Different estimates over the years have shown a high share of refugees coming from Muslim-majority countries (Afghanistan, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, etc.), but not 85%. A commonly cited older UNHCR-based estimate from around 2010 put the share of refugees originating from Muslim-majority countries at about 70%, not 85%. IHRC Today, a huge proportion of refugees also come from places like Ukraine and Venezuela, which are not Muslim-majority at all, so the Muslim share is lower than it was when wars in Iraq/Afghanistan/Somalia dominated the numbers. World Migration Report +1 So: many refugees are Muslim, but the “85%” figure is an overstatement and not supported by current global data. 2. “They do not seek asylum in the 56 Muslim countries” That’s simply false. A very large share of the world’s refugees are hosted in Muslim-majority states. ...

A Twenty-Year Cycle of Scandal Fatigue in American Politics

Image
The past two decades feel like a long chain of political scandals that never truly resolve.  Confirmed: What They Found in Ilhan Omar's Backyard  Could Put Her Behind BARS for a Very Long TIME Uranium One, the Epstein network, the IRS targeting controversy, Operation Fast and Furious, the Russia investigation, the email server case, the chaotic Afghanistan withdrawal —each one dominated headlines, sparked congressional hearings, and stirred public outrage. Yet despite the scale and seriousness of these events, the outcome has followed a familiar pattern: intense political theater, sharp public division, and ultimately no major accountability for those involved. This repeated cycle has left people questioning whether Washington’s investigative machinery is built more for performance than justice. Congressional oversight has become part of the frustration. High-profile figures, like Trey Gowdy during the Benghazi and Clinton investigations, delivered forceful speeches and drama...

Britain Faces a New Policing Crisis as Violence Rises

Image
Britain is entering one of the most challenging periods for law enforcement in recent memory, as police forces struggle with shrinking ranks, political pressure , and rising public anxiety over crime .  1 MINUTE AGO: 12,347 Officers WALK OUT as Migrant Violence Surges | News UK Across multiple regions, officers are stepping back from frontline duties at the same time communities report increasing disorder, including violent incidents linked in part to rapid migration pressures that local services say they were never equipped to handle. While government officials downplay the situation, internal reports paint a more serious picture: morale is declining , leadership is splintered, and the public’s trust in the ability of police to maintain order is weakening. One of the most significant developments in recent months has been the quiet exodus of officers who no longer feel supported by their own institutions. Many cite a mix of overwhelming workloads, shifting political demands,...

Trump was right about Ilhan Omar.

Image
@adoseoftheinternet -- This is exactly why no person who was not born in the United States should ever hold ANY government elected office position.   This is especially true for the Congress and Senate. CBS Host LOSES IT when she Realizes Trump is ACTUALLY RIGHT About Ilhan Omar!!!  Yeah, the scale of the fraud in Minnesota is jaw-dropping, and it’s totally fair to ask how someone representing that exact community and program space “didn’t know.” But there are a few different layers here: what’s proven, what’s circumstantial, and what’s political. Let me break it down cleanly. It involved donors, venues, and staff connected to her world. The brazen fraud " Feeding Our Future " scandal and related welfare scams in Omar’s district. Federal prosecutors say it’s the largest COVID-era relief fraud in the country: roughly $250 million in child-nutrition money through Feeding Our Future, and around $1 billion total when you include other welfare programs over several years....

Israel Faces Pressure as Foreign Journalists Enter Gaza for the First Time

Image
Israel is working urgently to build a new media strategy as foreign journalists are being allowed into the Gaza Strip for the first time since the conflict intensified. Israel is scrambling to form a media strategy as foreign journalists enter the Gaza Strip for the first time. Global Press Arrives—Israel Loses Control of Story  Until now, most reporting has relied on second-hand footage, official statements, and limited access granted through controlled embeds. The arrival of independent international reporters marks a major shift, and Israeli officials know it will reshape global opinion. Without the ability to filter what the world sees, Israel faces renewed scrutiny over military operations, humanitarian conditions, and the ongoing reconstruction challenges inside Gaza. Foreign media teams began entering Gaza after negotiations that had been underway for months, and their presence is already changing the information landscape. Journalists are documenting damage to civilian n...

Millions for the Dead: GAO Uncovers Massive Obamacare Subsidy Fraud

Image
A new report has revealed troubling flaws inside the Affordable Care Act subsidy system. According to the U.S. Government Accountability Office , nearly $100 million in Obamacare premium subsidies were paid out on behalf of individuals who were already deceased.  The finding is part of a wider pattern of waste and error that analysts estimate reaches into the tens of billions of dollars each year, raising serious questions about oversight and accountability within federal health programs. The GAO report found that more than 58,000 Social Security numbers used to obtain advanced premium tax credits appeared in federal death records . In many cases, the individuals had died months or even years earlier, yet insurance companies continued receiving payments tied to their identities. Over 7,000 of those individuals were confirmed to have died before their health coverage even began, demonstrating large gaps between data systems that are supposed to verify eligibility in real time. Hollywood Power Shift: Why Skydance Is Forcing a Hostile Takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery

Image
David Ellison , chairman and CEO of Skydance , has launched a hostile takeover bid for Warner Bros. Discovery , a move that could reshape the entire entertainment industry .  During his appearance on CNBC , Ellison explained that Skydance believes Warner Bros. Discovery is financially troubled but strategically valuable, making it a prime target for a complete rebuild under new leadership. His message was clear: the current media landscape is broken, and only aggressive action can save one of Hollywood ’s biggest legacy studios. Warner Bros. Discovery has struggled under the weight of massive debt, declining cable revenue, and disappointing streaming performance. Ellison’s team argues that years of mergers and corporate restructuring have left the company weak, unfocused, and unable to compete with giants like Netflix and Disney . Instead of waiting for the decline to worsen, Skydance is forcing a direct challenge, positioning itself as the entity capable of stabilizing th...

When America’s Secret Wars Come Home: The Afghan Operative Turned Loose on U.S. Streets

The Thanksgiving season was  shaken by a violent attack that left two  West Virginia National Guardsmen  shot  near the White House .  What began as confusion over a lone gunman quickly escalated into national alarm once authorities revealed his identity. According to federal officials, the suspect, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, is an Afghan national who arrived in the United States four years ago after being resettled as part of America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan . His presence and actions have revived uncomfortable questions about who was brought into the country, under what vetting procedures, and what hidden backgrounds may have slipped through the cracks. As investigators dug deeper, a darker detail emerged: Lakanwal was not simply a refugee or migrant. He had received specialized training linked to U.S. intelligence operations during America’s long involvement in Afghanistan. This type of training was designed for covert missions overseas, not for free moveme...
